Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while a bit small with a weird smell, were surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. The hotel's proximity to Sasebo train station and nearby shops was convenient. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff taking us to a viewing point and offering to hold our bags after check-out. The dining options provided a good mix of Japanese and western-style foods, although slightly pricey. The location, just steps away from the train station, couldn't have been better for my visit.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious but had a weird smell at times, yet it was a good deal for the size at that price point. The lack of windows made it feel stuffy initially, but it could be quickly fixed by opening the door for fresh air. The service was outstanding despite a small hiccup with my booking recognition via the app. The location was superb, right near the Sasebo train and bus stations with fantastic views from the balcony. The dining experience was delightful with a rich selection of Japanese and western-style foods.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, but a bit small and lacking a dresser for clothes. The staff was very accommodating, especially considering the language barrier for non-Japanese speakers. The location was ideal, being very close to the JR station and next to the bus terminal. The dining options were varied, offering a good mix of Japanese and western cuisine. Overall, a decent value for money with some minor drawbacks.
